JEE Main is the first step towards the ladder of an engineering life and if luckier enough JEE Advance can take you to the peak of success i.e. admission in the topmost IIT’s. So is preparing for both something difficult. Well, no. A person who consistently works hard and prepares like it is the battle of life succeeds in clearing the prelims followed by the finals i.e. JEE Main and JEE Advanced respectively. Make a mindset that you are one of the best in your field and can do everything in the world.
Start preparing with a thought that you are not preparing for just a single exam, you are building up your concepts that are going to be with you for the rest of your life. At the beginning,take some simpler steps, attain some good knowledge and then improvise on the facts. There are many exams that one can take for the engineering purpose,so prepare well while looking on the prerequisites required for such examinations.

Firstly start preparing for JEE Mains:
- Complete the NCERT books of all three subjects.
- Solve all the mock test papers and go through the last year papers.
- Make a time table and complete the papers on time.
- Eat a balanced diet. Stay fit.
- Search online and take help from abundant online resources present
Next comes the JEE Advanced, carry the legacy of JEE Main preparation further and practice some more than one multiple choice questions also. Go through the concepts thoroughly. Work on time management. Practice online stuff related to Advance exam only. The last year sample papers help a lot.
After clearing JEE Mains exam, the time left for the Advance exam is the most important to be used wisely. Solve as many questions as possible. Go to the proper guide and clear all your doubts. Even online crash courses are available for mathematics, physics and chemistry that gives a boost to the reasoning power of the students.
Hence clearing both the exams is not tough however you need to patiently and smoothly work towards attainment of your goal.
